I am writing to suggest a feature enhancement that could significantly improve the flexibility and utility of your platform. Specifically, I’d like to request the ability to set custom variables within the automation process.
For example, having the ability to create a variable such as MEMBERSHIP to ask our clients whether they are part of our membership program and, if so, which membership tier they are registered in. Then store this information in the custom variable and seamlessly reference it in other steps of the automation workflow.
This functionality would provide a more personalized and efficient experience our clients, enabling us to tailor automations based on specific client data.
